Elaine Hansen (Executive Assistant)

Elaine’s role is to keep the plates spinning behind the scenes for OTM and Jim. She looks forward to using her love of solving puzzles, building and improving systems and processes for OTM. Wife, mother, and grandmother, Elaine is a life long learner and is curious about almost EVERYTHING. She has been a follower and lover of Jesus since early childhood. Being exposed to other religions, churches, and spiritual practices has increased her awareness of how BIG God is.

While on staff at Vineyard Community Church in Cincinnati, she worked with Jim Henderson. She participated with the team on the first OTM events.

Serving others is a high value for Elaine and her husband, Eric. Their current passions are:

1. volunteering with Peter Block’s A Small Group www.asmallgroup.net - which is working to restore community in Cincinnati through the Civic Engagement Series,
2. serving on the steering committee for Hamilton County Jobs & Family Services implementation of Appreciative Inquiry, and
3. working with her husband, Eric as part of Vineyard Central’s Restore St. Elizabeth www.vineyardcentral.com and www.saintelizabeths.blogspot.com

Elaine is excited to work once again with her friend, Jim Henderson and Off The Map.
