Paul Young in Seattle This Friday – September 10th – FREE

A friend who heard I was bringing Paul Young to Seattle this week asked me “is The Shack a true story?”
“No, it’s fiction” I responded
My friend was incredulous “What do you mean, it’s not true?”
“The details didn’t actually happen to Paul I explained but he has had his share of tragedy and loss which is where the story finds it’s energy”
I had the opportunity to meet Paul a little over a year ago. Not being a fiction reader I was not really “into” the book but after meeting him and hearing the story behind The Shack- I became a huge Paul Young fan.
Watch this short interview I did with him and I think you’ll
understand why.
Paul has graciously agreed to come to Seattle this Friday to meet with his fans (foes are also welcome)
Meet Paul in person this Friday @ 1PM at First United Methodist Church located at 180 Denny Way Seattle, WA 98109. Here’s their phone if you get lost: 206.622.7278
Paul is coming to hear your Stories From The Shack – how the book impacted or changed you or your friends and respond to your questions about the book (you may have heard it’s a bit controversial)
Here’s the Twitter hashtag for the event #shackinsea
PS. At this point our special invitee has opted to not participate

Thanks Paul and Jim for taking the time to share yhour presence with us. Watching the two of you chat and then ivinting us to do the same reminded me just how much God delights in relationship and wants us to do the same. Your conversation opened up space within myself to continue to invite others to relationship and conversation….Thanks
